What you'll do

• Foreman: lead and motivate crews of 3–6
• plan manpower, tools, materials, and equipment
• maintain timesheets and logs
• implement safe practices and OSHA/MSHA compliance
• delegate and train
• communicate job status
• read plans
• operate construction equipment
• set forms and oversee rebar installation. Concrete worker: assist with layout
• excavate and backfill
• drive non-CDL trucks
• perform formwork, anchor bolt and embed placement, rebar placement, and concrete placement.
