Precision Deburr Technician

The Precision Deburr Technician role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, in the Deburr department. Pay is $20–$28 per hour. The technician supports Axian Technology’s manufacturing team by finishing machined aerospace components to customer specifications and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Deburr and hand-finish machined components using hand and pneumatic tools, abrasives, and finishing equipment
• remove burrs, sharp edges, machining marks, and surface imperfections while maintaining dimensions and finishes
• interpret drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• inspect parts and use precision measuring instruments
• report quality concerns
• handle parts carefully
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• follow safety and quality procedures
• coordinate with Production and Quality teams.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Previous deburring, polishing, precision assembly, aerospace, or precision manufacturing experience is preferred.
