Maintenance Technician, Senior Service Technician Specialist Level 3

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation is $30 per hour. The position supports Bridge Property Management’s property maintenance operations. This advanced maintenance role handles complex repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency response while supporting team leadership. The technician diagnoses difficult building-system issues, mentors lower-level technicians, and helps maintain safe, functional properties for residents.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve advanced HVAC, electrical, and boiler issues
• lead or train lower-level technicians
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• conduct safety and quality inspections
• assist with capital projects or vendor coordination
• maintain grounds and common areas
• act as team lead when the Service Manager is absent
• communicate with residents and leasing teams
• respond independently to emergency calls and on-call scenarios.
