What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and other building systems
• complete work orders within 24–48 hours
• complete apartment turnovers within seven days of move-out, including painting, repairs, improvements, and cleaning
• inspect buildings proactively
• communicate with residents, colleagues, and contractors
• and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation one week out of every five.
