What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• carry out security procedures and emergency response activities
• screen people entering the healthcare location
• verify visitor credentials, issue passes as directed, and explain entry requirements
• respond to incidents and escalate concerns
• patrol assigned entrances, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
