What you'll do

• Perform fiber splicing, testing, and termination across networks and enclosures
• review splice drawings, work orders, and schematics
• operate OTDRs, fusion and ribbon splicers, and power meters
• complete project documentation and test records
• support and mentor jobsite crews when needed
• coordinate with customers and project managers.
