The assembler helps meet production and quality goals by placing and assembling components on circuit boards, inspecting work, and following established procedures. The role also supports accurate production records, organized materials, and a clean, safe work area.

What you'll do

• Manually place and assemble components on circuit boards using instructions and visual aids
• perform repetitive electronic assembly
• visually inspect component placement and quality
• use barcode scanners and small hand tools
• label, handle, and organize components and finished assemblies
• monitor and restock parts bins
• maintain production records and follow safety, quality, security, production, and 5S procedures.

Why this role

Continental schedules include 11-hour shifts on Sunday–Tuesday plus every other Wednesday, or Thursday–Saturday plus every other Wednesday. First-shift options pay $18.00 per hour; third-shift options pay $20.70 per hour. Final shift time is provided on the first day.
