What you'll do

• Train, supervise, evaluate, and manage house supervisors and direct support staff
• maintain 24-hour home coverage and staffing
• monitor sanitation and infection-control standards
• conduct audits
• provide and oversee direct care
• develop, implement, and monitor individual program plans
• coordinate meetings
• complete QIDP duties as required
• advocate for residents
• manage resident finances and household operations
• follow safety and regulatory requirements
• communicate with residents, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
