What you'll do

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and snow-plowing work, along with light cleaning as needed
• complete service requests
• prepare vacant apartments for lease
• report building, grounds, or system issues
• communicate with residents, colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors
• participate in rotational on-call coverage.
