What you'll do

• Review and refine individualized care plans
• accompany clients to appointments
• recruit, onboard, coach, and train caregivers
• schedule services for 30–40 clients while minimizing overtime
• collaborate with physicians, families, and internal teams
• partner with recruiters to develop caregiver talent pipelines
• maintain an on-call rotation.
