What you'll do

• Manage high volumes of inbound calls
• identify patient urgency and route requests
• manage group voicemail and deliver messages promptly
• complete outbound callbacks and respond to records requests
• explain appointments and company services
• guide patients through web-based software
• explain copays and insurance coverage and take payments by phone
• review records for accuracy and policy compliance
• answer equipment questions
• maintain confidential, current, HIPAA-compliant patient records
• assist with scheduling and orders
• take calls according to the required on-call schedule, including responding to messages within 30 minutes.
