What you'll do

• Review and interpret title opinions, leases, conveyances, assignments, probate and trust documents, and related instruments
• determine ownership interests
• coordinate title curative requirements
• research and document discrepancies
• process ownership transfers and changes
• manage division-of-interest setup for new wells and acquisitions
• analyze suspense and exception reports
• validate system changes and ownership calculations
• support conversions, audits, owner outreach, and client projects
• communicate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• provide technical guidance to Division Order Technicians
• maintain compliance and audit trails
• identify process improvements.
