What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• provide companionship
• prepare meals and support dietary needs
• remind clients about medication
• take and record vital signs and input/output
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed
• document care and report changes to the RN Supervisor.
