What you'll do

• Set up relocation sites and organize files
• survey residents about relocation needs and preferences
• inventory tenant belongings
• facilitate resident and community meetings
• prepare and distribute notices
• provide relocation counseling in compliance with applicable regulations
• coordinate vendors and moves
• maintain relocation files, databases, and reports
• inspect comparable units
• support residents with move preparation and utility changes
• report to clients and project teams.
