What you'll do
- Lead a team of Account Managers and oversee renewal and expansion strategy
- manage renewal pipeline, risks, opportunities, projections, and goals
- lead complex negotiations and coach the team
- support strategic or at-risk partnerships
- establish operating rhythms for reviews and account planning
- use partner and portfolio data to prioritize action
- communicate market feedback and trends to internal teams
- collaborate with Sales, Product, Research, and Success
- support staffing, onboarding, portfolio deployment, and team development
- travel up to 20%.
