What you'll do
- Support REMS site certification and patient enrollment education
- enable site access readiness
- educate site personnel on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, benefit investigations, claims, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
- educate on case management for consented patients
- help resolve case-level access barriers through approved pathways
- coordinate treatment logistics and scheduling
- manage cross-functional handoffs
- maintain compliant CRM documentation
- develop and execute account-level business plans
- refrain from promotional activity and commercial sales discussions.
