The role exists to communicate with finance customers and resolve delinquent account issues. Through inbound and outbound calls and face-to-face customer interactions, the account manager contributes to customer support and CarHop’s goal of helping people access transportation.

What you'll do

• Place outbound calls and accept inbound calls from CarHop Finance customers
• meet customers face-to-face regarding auto loan status
• and use communication and negotiation skills to resolve delinquent accounts.
