• Manage applicants through post-offer onboarding steps
• schedule onboarding and new employee orientation using iCIMS and DOMO
• contact candidates by phone, text, and email
• review applicant statuses and follow up on background screening
• update applicant tracking records
• coordinate information with site managers
• confirm first-day arrangements
• and perform onboarding specialist duties in their absence.
