What you'll do

• Monitor and answer calls
• respond to client questions and concerns about claims
• process new personal injury and first-party client files
• enter cases into SmartAdvocate
• verify insurance, demographic, and loss information
• help arrange meetings with field representatives and attorneys
• notify attorneys and case managers of assignments and time-sensitive tasks
• follow up with pending leads
• communicate with doctors’ offices and help clients arrange initial appointments
• perform other related duties as assigned.
