The Aftermarket Warranty Coordinator role is an onsite, full-time position in Sioux Falls, SD, paying $18–$22 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible options available. The coordinator supports the Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln Service Department. The role manages third-party warranty claims, follows up on payments, and helps keep repair orders accurate and moving toward closure. By coordinating with warranty providers and dealership teams, the coordinator supports timely service administration and accounts receivable follow-through.

What you'll do

• Call third-party warranty companies to initiate claims and obtain repair authorizations
• submit supporting documentation and record claim details
• follow up on open claims and payments
• work with Service Advisors, Parts, Accounting, and service staff to resolve discrepancies
• assist with accounts receivable and repair orders for pre-delivery inspections and detailing
• maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
