Caregiver/Medication Technician

Job overview

The Caregiver/Medication Technician role is onsite in Saint Augustine, FL, with weekday shifts available from 3 p.m.–11 p.m. or 11 p.m.–7 a.m. and rotating weekends. Pay is $16.75–$17.00 per hour. The role supports residents at Discovery Village St. Augustine, part of a senior living organization focused on resident care and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and safety.
• Administer and observe medications and treatments, document accurately, monitor resident conditions, engage residents in enrichment and life-skills activities, maintain clean and sanitary spaces, respond to call bells, and communicate care needs and changes to families and healthcare staff.
