What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and guide nightly cleaning crews across assigned sites
• conduct nighttime inspections for quality, safety, and client specifications
• manage night-shift logistics and address call-outs and operational challenges
• train staff in cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and facility security
• provide hands-on field support as needed
• document progress, attendance, and quality metrics
• communicate with Account Managers and Division Managers.
