What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
• assign and prioritize work orders
• ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours
• oversee apartment turns
• inspect buildings, grounds, units, and systems
• coordinate preventive maintenance and curb appeal
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• manage supplies and vendors
• maintain records
• approve payroll
• participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation and travel between properties as needed
• perform snow and ice removal.
