This role involves collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
