Parks Manager

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee park maintenance, repairs, and improvements
• lead, train, and mentor full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff
• plan work schedules and assign tasks
• operate and maintain parks equipment
• oversee landscaping, horticulture, and irrigation
• inspect and maintain playgrounds, fields, trails, and facilities
• support safety compliance and inspections
• assist with budgets and inventory
• coordinate park preparation for programs and events
• respond to residents and stakeholders
• maintain records and reports
• promote sustainable maintenance practices
• participate in required on-call rotation.
