What you'll do

• Maintain the fiscal-year annual work plan, funded requirements, spend plans, project manager information, and resource-planning documents
• conduct funding research using ARCHIBUS and FACTS
• track and report I&L funding status
• align and allocate incoming customer funds
• maintain data repositories and tracking sheets
• coordinate with project managers
• serve as liaison to budget leads, project managers, and senior leaders
• apply construction-contract expertise.
