Job overview

The Server – Food & Beverage role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL, and pays $14–$16 per hour, plus tips. The Club at Renaissance’s Food and Beverage Operation serves members and guests across its dining and event outlets. The server helps create a prompt, efficient, and pleasant guest experience by preparing dining areas, serving food and beverages, supporting events, and keeping service spaces clean and organized. The role also includes learning current menus and offerings and assisting across outlets as needed.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• prepare tables and service areas
• stay current on menus, beverages, and events
• deliver food and beverages, fulfill guest needs, and maintain dining areas
• open and pour wine tableside
• set up, break down, and serve special events
• keep tables, dining rooms, and bus stations clean
• communicate club products and services.
