What you'll do

• Verify prospective clients’ insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility before scheduling
• contact parents or guardians about services
• coordinate assessment referrals with the Intake Supervisor
• enter client information into Microsoft Access Database and eCR
• handle filing, intake packets, and incoming mail
• manage high call volumes
• maintain records, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and follow organizational policies.
