What you'll do

• Develop and deliver activity and recreational programming

• attend resident care plan meetings
• prepare and post monthly activity calendars
• identify resident preferences and barriers to participation
• develop individualized plans of care
• support participation within functional or situational limitations
• plan community activities
• maintain resident precautions and limitations
• encourage group and individual leisure pursuits.
