Job overview

The Head Chef role is onsite in Cleveland, OH. Pay is $50,000–$55,000 per year, with bonus potential of up to $4,500. Five Iron Golf combines golf technology, hospitality, sports bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The chef leads kitchen staff and operations to deliver high-quality food and guest experiences. The role manages culinary standards, costs, menus, and event execution in coordination with the General Manager, beverage program, events team, and culinary leadership.

What you'll do

• Build, lead, and mentor the kitchen team
• hire and onboard culinary staff
• coach and develop sous chefs and other staff
• oversee inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and food safety
• manage service flow and food and labor costs
• update event menus and develop recipes
• collaborate on food and drink pairings
• plan and execute culinary offerings for events
• address guest feedback
• maintain supplier relationships
• and support strategic initiatives and community representation.
