Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Review and post bank activity to the general ledger
• prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• analyze financial data
• assist with financial statements and reports
• transfer VISA spend data to the general ledger
• assist with fixed asset transition to Salesforce
• process billing, collections, and customer receipts
• onboard clients
• monitor overdue invoices
• resolve billing disputes
• reconcile accounts receivable.
