What you'll do

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs
• process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests
• provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• use selling techniques to maximize room revenue and upsell rooms and amenities
• handle cash and financial transactions
• attend required meetings
• maintain a clean and safe work area and follow emergency procedures.
