What you'll do

• Use mobility, balance, and strengthening exercises in therapeutic activities.
• Use adaptive equipment and fall prevention techniques.
• Assist with turning, positioning, and range of motion exercises.
• Implement special programs to improve resident independence.
• Document resident progress and behaviors.
• Report changes in resident condition.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and eating programs.
• Use EMR accurately.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control policies.
