What you'll do

• Plan daily field crew schedules
• oversee field survey projects and track progress
• implement quality standards and safety protocols
• maintain equipment and truck fleet
• communicate with clients and internal teams
• perform survey calculations, computations, and construction stakeout cutsheets
• analyze plans, drawings, and field data
• develop survey products using Carlson/AutoCAD or similar software
• mentor junior staff.
