The Cashier and Head Cashier role is an onsite position based in Yakima, WA. The pay range is $18.50 to $19.50 per year. This role is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers at the point of sale. This position exists to ensure a positive checkout experience and minimize shrink. Cashiers process transactions and monitor self-checkout, while Head Cashiers provide leadership, coaching, and escalation support for front-end operations.

What you'll do

• Process checkout and return transactions.
• Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area.
• Seek product knowledge to identify selling opportunities.
• Head Cashiers position cashiers and approve transactions.
• Provide first-level escalation for customer issues.
