What you'll do

• Develop community-based internships and provide job coaching and task analysis
• support clients at community worksites
• work with families in the employment process
• contribute information to planning meetings
• support transition beyond high school
• use interest inventories and skill assessments
• provide counseling and goal support in person or remotely
• coordinate graduating seniors’ linkages to relevant services
• attend professional development
• and support job development and placement.
