What you'll do

• Greet and seat guests
• present the tea menu and make recommendations
• serve guests and respond to questions
• clear and reset tables between trips
• check and scan tickets and direct guests to the bus
• share departure and stop information
• coordinate with bus operators, dispatchers, managers, and colleagues
• monitor guest and employee safety
• complete assigned reports
• care for company equipment.
