What you'll do

- ensure approved announcements are posted to USAJOBS and other recruitment platforms
- conduct job analyses
- develop recruitment documentation and assessment criteria
- review applicant qualifications and prepare best-qualified summaries
- coordinate with government HR specialists and subject-matter experts
- generate selection certificates
- research and apply federal staffing regulations and policies
- respond to staffing questions within authorized scope
- maintain accurate staffing records and electronic case files
- protect sensitive personnel information
- coordinate workload and status with project and government personnel.
