Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care and distribute medications according to individualized care plans
• observe and report condition changes
• document observations, incidents, interventions, and medication assistance
• check and record vital signs, weights, and blood sugars as assigned
• assist with activities of daily living, transfers, ambulation, nutrition, and hydration
• support fall prevention and restorative nursing techniques
• communicate with residents’ families and care team.
