Compensation is $432,000–$580,000 per year. The Pain Medicine Physician role is onsite in Munster, IN, and is full-time and permanent; The physician joins a growing, physician-led group practice within an established healthcare system in Northwest Indiana. The physician evaluates and treats adults with acute and chronic pain, including interventional procedures, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary network. The role contributes to practice development and quality improvement while supporting patient safety and compliant controlled-substance management.

What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide medical and interventional treatment for adult pain conditions
• perform interventional procedures in outpatient and procedure-suite settings
• collaborate with specialists and primary care physicians
• use EPIC EHR
• comply with controlled-substance and patient-safety guidelines
• participate in practice development and quality improvement.
