What you'll do

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• develop schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocations
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams
• oversee cost tracking, pay applications, change orders, cash flow, and invoices
• review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• manage procurement and documentation
• monitor progress and address risks
• oversee punch lists, warranties, and client turnover.
