Veterinary Receptionist and Client Ambassador

Compensation is $15–$18 per year. The Veterinary Receptionist and Client Ambassador role is onsite in Lansing, MI. The role supports Waverly Animal Hospital of Lansing, part of Veterinary United, in providing care to patients and clients. As the first point of contact, the client ambassador creates an inviting and efficient front-desk experience while supporting hospital operations. Accurate scheduling, records, and transactions help clients and pets navigate their visits.

What you'll do

• Greet clients and pets
• answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and update medical charts
• process transactions and client payments
• perform filing, data entry, stocking, scanning, and record uploads
• support kennel and boarding staff as needed with dog walking, feeding, and check-in/check-out
• maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Why this role
