What you'll do

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement
• supervise, train, and performance-manage transaction coordinators
• establish and track KPIs
• develop policies and training materials
• manage a personal transaction portfolio and review team work
• review contracts and closing statements
• coordinate loans and construction loan draws
• oversee property listings and listing quality
• maintain CRM records
• resolve escalated transaction issues
• coordinate with Sales and Construction
• support market expansion and title company relationships
• maintain customer service for buyers, sellers, and partners.
