What you'll do

• Welcome guests within 30 seconds
• verify identification for alcohol purchases
• explain food, beverage, menu, and promotions
• coordinate with staff
• keep service areas clean and stocked
• complete opening, closing, and side work
• mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes
• enter orders, collect payment, and make change
• clear and reset bar tables
• provide responsible alcohol service and seek management intervention when needed.
