The director will lead operations for Lasata Senior Living’s new 21-bed CBRF community on its Cedarburg campus, supporting the county-operated continuum of senior living services. The role exists to launch and manage the community’s daily operations while supporting high-quality resident services and a positive experience for residents and families.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily CBRF operations, staffing, scheduling, and resident services
• supervise and support Resident Assistant staff
• manage budgets, expenses, and operational resources
• support development and implementation of Individual Service Plans
• ensure accurate documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up
• build relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners
• conduct tours and meet prospective residents and families
• collaborate with leaders across the Lasata campus.
