What you'll do

• Set up and stock concession areas
• process orders and payments
• prepare and serve beverages and prepackaged food
• verify legal drinking age and follow alcohol-service procedures
• follow food-safety and sanitation requirements
• maintain and rotate inventory
• prepare sales reports and deposits
• document cash and inventory discrepancies
• clean and secure concession areas
• answer patron questions
• complete incident and event reports
• when specifically assigned as Event Lead or Manager on Duty, coordinate routine operations and staff or volunteers.
