Enterprise Legal Consultant, Remote

The Enterprise Legal Consultant role is fully remote, with a commitment of 20 or more hours per week. Compensation is $110–$150 per hour. Mercor connects creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. The role develops realistic enterprise legal scenarios and evaluation materials that reflect senior legal judgment. It contributes expertise across enterprise compliance, contracting, transactions, risk, and regulated-industry matters to support the creation of legal tasks and assessment rubrics.

What you'll do

• Construct enterprise legal scenarios across in-house counsel, regulatory, transactional, and litigation work
• draft and review materials grounded in enterprise compliance regimes
• build tasks involving enterprise contracts and M&A diligence
• develop ERM- and COSO-aligned risk scenarios, board reporting, and regulated-industry investigations
• and author criterion-referenced rubrics.
