The Mental Health Technician – Inpatient NOC Shift role is onsite in Centralia, WA, paying $19.72–$24.04 per hour. The position is on the Evaluation and Treatment Center’s inpatient team, supporting adults experiencing acute psychiatric crises. Cascade Community Healthcare provides treatment services in Lewis County and surrounding areas. The technician helps maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic unit environment by providing direct client care, emotional support, and coordination assistance under the direction of a professional nurse. The role also supports unit operations and client needs through documentation and participation in supervision and training.

What you'll do

• Provide therapeutic interventions and case-management support
• participate in planning and evaluating client needs
• provide direct care under a professional nurse’s direction
• maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• provide coverage on the Crisis Stabilization Unit as directed
• maintain records and reports
• participate in supervision, consultation, and training
• complete required documentation.

NOC shift Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM; Washington State Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor credential required or eligibility to obtain; $2 per hour differential may apply to eligible NOC, swing, weekend, and holiday hours.
