What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage
• prepare estimates and repair blueprints
• explain repair plans and timelines
• open and maintain repair orders and authorizations
• coordinate with technicians and production staff
• communicate updates to customers and insurers
• process supplements
• prepare final paperwork
• and perform final quality inspections, including road tests when required.
