Parts Clerk – Parts and Inventory Control

The Parts Clerk – Parts and Inventory Control is an onsite role in Kinston, NC. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience. The role supports the safe operation and continued airworthiness of Mountain Air Cargo’s fleet by maintaining parts and supplies for maintenance personnel. The clerk manages parts availability, shipping and receiving, inventory, and required documentation. The work helps maintenance teams obtain compliant parts and supplies in a timely manner across company stations and the heavy maintenance facility.

What you'll do

• Maintain parts and supplies and provide requested items promptly
• coordinate parts transfers between stations
• support shelf-life and tool calibration programs and FAA requirements related to suspected unapproved parts
• process shipping, receiving, purchase orders, and repair orders
• serve as primary hazardous materials shipper and maintain shipping documentation
• coordinate courier shipments for aircraft-on-ground parts
• travel to line stations for inventories and discrepancy reconciliation
• manage heavy maintenance facility inventory
• prepare parts reports.
